Our Client is seeking a talented Branch Manager for a busy and high performing location in North Vancouver! This would be a great opportunity for a career minded individual seeking to join a well known brand and leverage their leadership experience with a fresh and up and coming team.
As a Branch Manager, you're a collaborative sales leader with a genuine passion for the client experience and your team members. You're responsible for all daily office operations. Inspire, guide, and support your team to achieve the goals of your clients, company.
You will be leading a team consisting of new to the industry as well as legacy long term employees! They are a group of tight knit insurance advisors who have a collaborative and high performing culture in place.
Ideally you have/will do:
- 3-5 Years of leadership experience
- A strong background in personal lines and auto insurance
- Level 2
- Deliver results by driving effective routines that optimize team and individual performance
- Be target-focused and conduct monthly sales meetings while providing continuous guidance to always aim higher
- High level of diplomacy, balancing great judgment with empathy for a variety of stakeholders
- Forge long-term authentic customer-first relationships
- Create an amazing culture where everyone can develop, grow, and belong
