The Opportunity:
Our client is looking for a Senior Commercial Account Manager. Your main responsibilities will be working with the Sales Executives, helping plan and grow the operation of the brokerage. You will be the main contact for all the customer insurance needs and handle the renewals for the assigned book of business.

About You:
You can maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers, you are detail-oriented, and can follow practices and procedures provided by the brokerage. You are highly organized and maintain, update, and organize all data. You are comfortable with assisting with mentoring and training when required.
Necessary qualifications include:
- Level 2 General Insurance Licence
- Commitment to ongoing learning such as CAIB or CIP
- 4-7 years of commercial insurance experience
- 3-4 years experience working in customer service and a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agency Manager, Microsoft Office, or Compu Quote an asset.
