Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Auto Account Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate must have General Insurance Level 2 License and at least 3 years of relevant insurance experience.

Location: Burnaby, BC (On-site)

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a book of business and maximizing retention of the existing book   
  • Handling fleet plan procedures – including but not limited to loss ratio reports, and claims analysis
  • Processing new garage policy quote and policy renewals
  • Assist with developing innovative marketing process and be current on new products and market trends

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in similar role
  • Level 2 General Insurance License
  • Strong knowledge of ICBC Special Coverage Policies and Prorate Licensing
  • TAM/EPIC experience is a plus
  • Team player with strong organizational and time management skills
