Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Auto Account Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate must have General Insurance Level 2 License and at least 3 years of relevant insurance experience.
Location: Burnaby, BC (On-site)
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing a book of business and maximizing retention of the existing book
- Handling fleet plan procedures – including but not limited to loss ratio reports, and claims analysis
- Processing new garage policy quote and policy renewals
- Assist with developing innovative marketing process and be current on new products and market trends
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in similar role
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- Strong knowledge of ICBC Special Coverage Policies and Prorate Licensing
- TAM/EPIC experience is a plus
- Team player with strong organizational and time management skills
