Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate must be bilingual French and licensed in Quebec.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
- Collaboratively and regularly meets with Account Executive(s) and the team to stay abreast of client account status
- Liaises with clients on the status of requests for coverage or renewal
- Handles routine customer and Account Executive inquiries/concerns in a timely manner
- Proactively identifies coverage gaps and makes insurance and risk management recommendations
- Remains current on new products, coverages and market trends within the insurance industry
- Assists Account Executive(s) in the placement of new business opportunities
Requirements:
- 8+ years of solid experience in Commercial Lines Insurance
- Level 2 General Insurance License and must be licensed in Quebec
- CIP designation or enrolled in CIP course is preferred
- Prior EPIC experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills
