Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate must have at least Level 2 General Insurance License and at least 5 years leadership experiencing managing insurance advisors.

Location: Vancouver, BC

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop annual business plan to meet targets and maximize every opportunity for all lines of business
  • Assess local market and identify prospective opportunities to obtain new clients
  • Provide a positive work environment that attracts, retains and motivates talents
  • Support the team of talent to achieve highest performance potential
  • Maintain a high level of industry knowledge and technical skills
  • Manage all operational aspects of the branch

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Personal Lines experience, combined with 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Level 2 General Insurance License
  • Prior experience in managing insurance advisors is a must
  • Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
