Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate must have at least Level 2 General Insurance License and at least 5 years leadership experiencing managing insurance advisors.
Location: Vancouver, BC
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
- Develop annual business plan to meet targets and maximize every opportunity for all lines of business
- Assess local market and identify prospective opportunities to obtain new clients
- Provide a positive work environment that attracts, retains and motivates talents
- Support the team of talent to achieve highest performance potential
- Maintain a high level of industry knowledge and technical skills
- Manage all operational aspects of the branch
Requirements:
- 5+ years Personal Lines experience, combined with 5+ years of leadership experience
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- Prior experience in managing insurance advisors is a must
- Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
