Insurance Broker – Service
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker – Service professional to manage a diverse portfolio of personal and small commercial lines policies. This fully remote position is open to candidates across British Columbia who already possess a BC Level 2 license.
In this role, you will focus primarily on providing exceptional service to clients supporting a book of personal lines and small commercial policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to a well-established client base, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and updates, ensuring all client information is accurate and up to date.
Support a portfolio that includes personal lines and small commercial policies such as home, auto, condos, E&O, and CGL.
Maintain strong relationships with clients by offering tailored insurance solutions that meet their specific needs.
Collaborate with a team of professionals, contributing to a supportive and high-performing work environment.
Stay informed of the latest insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements:
BC Level 2 General Insurance License.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on personal lines and small commercial accounts.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized attention and build long-term client relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using insurance management systems (experience with EPIC is an asset).
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A high level of integrity, work ethic, and commitment to providing exceptional service.
