Our Client is seeking someone with the X factor to join their team as a Team Leader. This is a newly created role to oversee a high performing and engaged group of Road Agents, to drive ongoing growth, maintain excellent relationships with dealerships and and provide mentorship to newer members.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with auto dealerships in Burnaby, Vancouver and Richmond.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Road team.
- Train, coach, develop and mentor a team of Mobile Insurance Advisors.
- Handle and resolve complex client related issues as needed.
- Foster a sales culture environment.
Education & Requirements
- Must have a valid BC Driver’s License and ability to drive for work
- Level (2) License in BC
Experience and Education requirements
- Level 2 license
- Valid drivers license
- Min. 5 years’ experience as a Road Agent/Mobile ICBC Insurance Advisor in BC
- Ideally 2+ years’ people leadership experience and accountability for managing a team, but we can also consider those with a strong aptitude for leadership
- Business development/sales driven
- Experience working in a sales environment and coaching a team towards exceeding targets
