Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced insurance advisor to join their team! The ideal candidate must have Level 2 General Insurance License and at least 2 years of P&C insurance experience.
Location: Vancouver, B.C.
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct thorough assessments of client's insurance requirements, analyze their existing coverage, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to address their unique needs
- Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and policy adjustments promptly and accurately
- Stay up-to-date with the latest insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to effectively educate and advise clients on available coverage options
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products that align with the client's needs, increasing customer satisfaction and company revenue
Requirements:
- 2+ years of insurance experience, including both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- CAIB, CIP or CRM designation is an asset
- Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
