Casualty Claims Adjuster
Ready to take on complex casualty claims with a fun, dynamic team? As a Casualty Claims Adjuster, you’ll handle high-level claims while ensuring clients get top-notch service from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Investigate, evaluate, and settle large, complex casualty claims.
- Communicate with clients through calls, digital, and written channels—keeping things clear, fair, and timely.
- Review policy details and explain coverage to clients.
- Work with lawyers, engineers, and other experts to handle claims efficiently.
- Negotiate settlements, and manage claims through litigation, mediation, or arbitration.
- Stay organized with an up-to-date claims diary and documentation.
- Keep current on policies and industry trends.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to training.
What You’ll Bring
- 5-10 years of claims adjusting experience.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail, especially when reviewing legal and medical info.
- A team player with a knack for collaboration.
