Job Description

Our client is looking for multiple Adjusters to join their team! The ideal candidate must have at least 1.5 years of Personal Lines property adjusting experience and comfortable with hybrid working mandate.

Location: Vancouver, B.C.

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide direction and support to our members, throughout the claims process, by providing exceptional service delivered with empathy
  • Adjustment of property claims of moderate to high complexity
  • Establish timely and accurate loss and expense reserves through the life of the claim through evaluation of relevant information from sources such as appraisers, independent adjusters, and contractors
  • Ensure a comprehensive investigation is conducted on all files to determine coverages and liability
  • Remaining current with legislative changes and trends in the insurance industry

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Personal Lines property adjusting experience
  • Exceptional communication and empathy are key traits
  • Must be comfortable with hybrid mandate
  • Detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
