Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Account Manager/Marketer to join a high-performing Commercial Lines team, serving clients in the construction and contracting sectors. As an essential player in this growing company, you’ll collaborate with Account Producers to craft solutions tailored to client needs, handle brokering for small to mid-size policies, and maintain top-notch service for an existing book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Retain and grow client relationships by delivering excellent service.
- Organize and participate in renewal meetings and attend client meetings as needed.
- Manage client documents (Renewal Summaries, Proposals, Underwriting Submissions).
- Handle client queries, policy renewals, and midterm changes.
- Provide coverage advice, certificate issuance, and premium finance options.
- Maintain internal records, expiring lists, and assist with receivables.
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of Commercial Lines experience (construction expertise is a plus).
- Licensed (Level 2), with CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation an asset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office, The Agency Manager, and/or Applied Epic.
- Team-oriented with a strong client-focused approach.
