Insurance Operations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Insurance Operations Manager to lead an Account Management team, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving excellence in service and efficiency. This key leadership role focuses on managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management team to reach performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Report on operational updates and insights to Senior Leadership, addressing challenges and successes.
  • Implement strategies and training programs to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with Producers on support requirements and close service gaps.
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach, handling escalated issues to guarantee top service standards.
  • Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement, providing ongoing development opportunities.
  • Oversee client documentation, renewal strategies, and the brokering process for small-to-mid-size policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an insurance operations or management role.
  • Extensive understanding of commercial insurance.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and trends, with a proactive approach to continuous learning.
