VIP Account Executive

Role Overview:
As a VIP Account Executive, you’ll support high-net-worth clients by managing tailored personal insurance portfolios, providing superior service and retention-focused relationship management. You’ll also collaborate with Commercial Insurance colleagues to ensure clients’ needs are fully met.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned book of high-net-worth personal insurance clients, prioritizing retention and delivering exceptional service.
- Work collaboratively with Commercial Insurance team members to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and expert advice.
- Handle portfolio renewals, additions, and complex risk assessments.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a Level 2 General Insurance License.
- Strong understanding of the Private Client insurance market and expertise in Property & Casualty insurance.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred qualifications: CAIB, CIP, or other related designation, and experience with EPIC.
