Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing brokerage in Vancouver looking to add to their Employee Benefits team.  

What you will be doing:   

  • Provide comprehensive client service for employee benefits programs 
  • Review and prepare insurance quotes and proposal documents 
  • Manage client implementation processes, including applications and enrollments 
  • Manage inquiries and provide support for plan administration  
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers on plan amendments, billings, and enrollments 
  • Assist members in sourcing individual coverages 
  • Manage daily account administration and ensure proper documentation 

What we are looking for:  

  • Minimum 5 years of Employee Benefits experience 
  • LLQP/Life License is always a plus 
  • Group Benefits Associate (GBA) 
  • Strong numerical literacy and organizational skills 
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and great customer service
