Job Description
Our client is looking for a seasoned mid-market Producer to join their growing team. Brokerage is open for producers anywhere in Canada who can help them expand.
What you will be doing:
- Build a book of midmarket business from the ground up.
- Manage leads provided by the company.
- Be the go-to-person for assessing client’s insurance needs.
- Work with account managers and support staff to manage the book.
What we are looking for:
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- RIBO license an asset
- Strong experience within the midmarket commercial space
- At least 4 years of commercial lines experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
* Compensation will include new business and renewal commissions
