A Few ECI Facts We incorporated in February 2000. ECI employs over 50 underwriters and support staff. We have offices in Toronto, Montreal and Calgary underwriting and servicing commercial insurance accounts throughout Canada. We manage and underwrite three principal programs: Security 360°™, Enterprise Edge™ and Enterprise Advantage™.
