The finance, insurance & real estate sector looks like it'll have a net increase of employment by 14% according to employers across Canada, which is a slight increase from the 10% growth forecast in the same period last year. This outpaces the overall net employment outlook of 12% for the entire country.

Regionally, there are some interesting points to mention for the sector in Q3:
- Atlantic Canada – net employment outlook for all industries is +18% while net employment outlook for finance, insurance & real estate is +22%
- Ontario - net employment outlook for all industries is +15% while net employment outlook for finance, insurance & real estate is +12%
- Quebec - net employment outlook for all industries is +23% while net employment outlook for finance, insurance & real estate is +8%
- Western Canada - net employment outlook for all industries is +21% while net employment outlook for finance, insurance & real estate is +26%
