Key Responsibilities
- Manage and retain a diverse book of business, ensuring excellent client service.
- Prepare and review client service documents (renewal summaries, proposals, underwriting submissions).
- Collaborate with marketing on renewals, placements, and policy changes.
- Advise clients on coverage needs, including bid costing and policy recommendations.
- Handle brokering for mid-size policies and manage account receivables.
- Support internal and external meetings, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and licensing requirements.
What You Bring
- Level 2 Insurance License and 3-5 years of Commercial Lines experience (construction experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applied Epic.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented with a strong business acumen.
